    About Heather McKissick

    Heather McKissick is CEO of CUES, an organization dedicated to providing resources for credit union professionals, directors, and suppliers to reach their fullest leadership potential. Before joining CUES, Heather served as an Executive Vice President at University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) in Austin, TX for nine years.

    Prior to UFCU, Heather demonstrated her leadership as CEO of Leadership Austin, a top civic leadership program in the nation, where she served for five years. During her tenure, she engaged with thousands of individuals through various community issues and leadership programs. Heather's nonprofit career spans across healthcare, regional government, and higher education sectors.
